Returns & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to Buyvora Store. Returns, replacements or refunds may be reviewed for eligible orders where the product is received in damaged condition, an incorrect item is delivered, the shipment is lost in transit or the order is not delivered as committed. Customers must raise a support request with their order number and relevant supporting details, including photographs where applicable, within 48 hours of delivery. Once the request is received, our team will review the claim and provide an update. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery or requested outside the review period may not be eligible for return or refund. Buyvora Store reserves the right to verify claims before approving any replacement or refund request.
