Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched from the Track & Support page or by contacting support. Once an order has entered shipping or fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible and the request will be reviewed under the return and refund policy. Buyvora Store may cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory issues, payment verification concerns, operational limitations or compliance requirements. Where applicable, eligible payment amounts will be processed according to the refund policy.
